Free upgrades to current extension version path

You can download any same-major-version upgrades to your extension for 6 months. If the price has changed in the same major version you'll only need to pay the difference.

Customizations

Yes, I can do them; please get in contact for a quote. Warning! I am not usually in a fixed location and can go offline for a few weeks at a time (nomad must be in my blood). If you need custom work I'm happy to do it as long as this is understood ahead of time. It's not in either of our interests to contact me for work if you need it "done yesterday" (or next week). Having said that when I give a delivery date estimate it's usually fairly accurate.

Help! It doesn't work!

Please check that you have cleared the cache after logging out then in (after installation).
If your extension involves images, please check that any you have uploaded are non-interlaced, non-transparent, .png files.
If you still have issues, please check that ReadMe file that came with your extension; failing that please get in touch and I will be happy to check it out for you.
I do have a 3 month limit on bug fixes; you should have found them by then! Basically I don't want to be locked into free support for ever and ever. If you did purchase an extension more than 3 months ago and have problems with it I'm happy to investigate it for a small fee.
