If you are processing multiple orders with Magento on a regular basis, you know it is a hassle to pick the products off the warehouse shelves, and organize them into groups for packing.

This module provides 4 extra options to the actions menu in the Sales>Orders page. You will be able to create 3 types of Pick List to facilitate picking and packing, and 2 themed packing sheets, as well as a csv export of selected orders (complete with product attributes - ideal for order fulfillment). All are extremely customisable and were developed in response to a real need which I'm sure you experience as well.

This extension saves hours off every group of orders processed.

PDF Order-separated Picklist

• Generate a simple PDF of all selected orders, with the SKUs and product names under each order ID
• This is extremely useful when you are separating orders prior to packing - you can quickly have access to each order, and the items that should be in it
•  Option to print the Order IDs as barcodes
•  Option to show printed date at base of sheet
•  Option to show items which are close to, or past, your custom stock-notify level - ie. when you need to order new stock from suppliers it will show it

PDF Order-combined Picklist 

• Ideal for picking the items off the warehouse shelves
• Generates a list of SKUs in all selected orders, ordered in ascending order, with the quantity of each
• Total quantity option, so you can easily double-check the picked items
• Total cost option - if you have assigned a 'cost' to each product then this will add them all up. This is invaluable if you are drop-shipping or sourcing your items from a non-linked warehouse - it will show you easily how much you will have to pay for each group of orders
• Option to show printed date at base of sheet
• Option to show items which are close, or past, your custom stock-notify level - ie. when you need to order new stock from suppliers it will show it

PDF Order-combined Out-of-stock List

• Ideal for working out which items you need to purchase from your suppliers
• Generates a list of SKUs in all selected orders, ordered in ascending order, with the quantity of each that are needed to both fulfill all selected orders and to return your stock to your custom 'stock notify level'
• Total quantity and total cost to help you count total items at the supplier and work out how much it will cost
• This is perfect for you if you have stock in your own location, and purchase from other suppliers. It basically tells you what you need to buy to fulfill all selected orders, past what you have in stock
• *New* Now works with all order statuses
• *New* Now works in the Sales>Shipments page
  

PDF Packing Sheet

This is a bonus extension, a 4th entry to the actions menu, and an alternative to the default 'Print Invoice' and 'Print Packingslips'.

• Much smaller filesize (+/- 10k, instead of MB)
• Much better styling (larger fonts, simpler layout), and with a larger space for your logo
• Includes the mailing address and the return address at the base of the sheets, so that it can be printed on integrated labels to save even more time. Alternatively it is easy to physically cut-and-paste the addresses from each sheet onto your package
• You can choose to show no prices on these sheets, the idea being for it to be a simple 'Packing slip' with which items are included, and not too much room for customer confusion.
• There is a 2nd option for PDF Invoices, this is exactly the same as the PDF Packing Sheet, so means you can set one up differently to the other (eg. one can be setup to show prices, as an invoice, the other without prices and with shipping carrier, number of items, etc., as a packing sheet.
• Option to also print the Order ID as a barcode (top right of page)
• X/Y nudges for each address, to easily position them on your integrated labels

Settings

There is a System > Configuration section. Look for the Moogento tab, and edit a load of options for the 4 sheets.

Installation

Installation is simple, copy and paste the contents of the App folder over the top of your current installation, after the usual backups. Once you clear the cache you should see the 4 new options in the Actions menu.

There are two versions included, one for 1.3.2.4, the other for 1.4+. (The 1.3.2.4 version only has the pick and pack PDFs, and no config options, and will not have any functionality updates). Upgrades for 6 months free of charge. The licence is for one copy per Magento installation.
