Guarantee
• If you buy an extension from Moogento and it doesn’t match your expectations, you can request a no-hassle 100% refund within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds on Plans
• Plans (eg. most paid plugins) are refundable, per the guarantee above.• If you’re on a plan and you’ve been charged for a renewal, but you didn’t want to renew, we’ll refund you in full if you let us know within 7 days of the renewal date.
• If you’d like to change from a monthly to a yearly plan, we’ll refund you in full for the unused portion of your current plan.
• If you want to raise your plan level, eg. from Seed to Pro, we’ll refund you in full for the unused portion of your current plan.
• If you want to downgrade your plan level, eg. from Pro to Seed, or from annual to monthly, that change will happen at the end of your current paid period.
